Week Eight ~ MAr. 25 - Mar. 29

Good week! My plate came out of the kiln, my set of three candle holders got glazed and fired, I threw a plate with vashon red and carved/bisqued some of the things I had been throwing with red. Right now the stuff I'm throwing with red is just mostly staying basic, I only carved the mug. I just wanna kinda let the red be red for now, I'm just excited to be working with a new clay! I'm going to think up some new designs and carve more stuff next week hopefully. Got some red in the bisque, some drying, and some waiting to go into the glaze. Lots of things! Yay!
